An analysis of each heat shall conform to the chemical requirements shown in the following table：

Note 注
1) The sum of copper, nickel, chromium, and molybdenum shall not exceed 1.00% on heat analysis.
熔炼分析Cu，Ni，Cr和Mo含量总和不应超过1.00%。
2)The sum of chromium and molybdenum shall not exceed 0.32% on heat analysis.
熔炼分析Cr和Mo含量总和不应超过0.32%。
3)If aluminum is used as the grain refining element, the fine austenitic grain size requirement shall be deemed to be fulfilled if, on heat analysis, the aluminum content is not less than 0.020% total aluminum or, alterna- tively, 0.015% acid soluble aluminum.
当用铝作为细化晶粒元素时，如熔炼分析中总铝含量不低于0.020%或酸溶铝含量不低于0.015%，则可以认为已满足细化奥氏体晶粒的要求。
10.0 Identification Marking.
识别标记。
The identification of plate shall be according to SA-20/SA-20M Para13. The required markings shall be legibly steel die stamped or marked by stenciling on finished plate in two places not less 300mm form the edges. Paint and steel die stamping marking is allowed . Identification mainly includes the following contents :
钢板的识别标记应符合SA-20/SA-20M第13条。钢板上至少有两处上述标记，标记应距板边不小于300mm，允许采用喷码和钢印标示。主要包括以下内容：
1） Applied ASME designation(year of issue not required);
适用ASME标准号(不要求标注出版年号)；
2) Applied grade, type and class
级别、型号和类别号
3) Heat number and plate identification
炉批号及钢板识别号
4) Name, brand, or trademark of the manufacturer (for plates produced in discrete cut lengths of flat product).
制造厂的厂名，厂标或商标（对由平板产品分离切割所产生的钢板）
5) Other specification described in code.
标准规定的其它要求。
12.0 Material Test Report(MTR)
材料质保单
12.1 The manufacturer shall provide a material certificate complying with SA-20/SA-20M, to certify that the plate has been manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of the material specification.
钢厂应提供符合SA-20/SA-20M要求的质量证明书以证明该钢板的制造和试验符合材料标准要求。
11.2 The manufacturer shall report the results of all test required by the material specification and the contract and this specification. Heat number and nominal plate thickness shall be shown on the test reports. The year-date of the specification to which the plates are furnished shall be included in the test report.
质量证明书应有材料标准,合同和本材料采购技术条件要求的全部试验的结果数据。试验报告应注明炉号和钢板名义厚度。供货材料所用标准的年号也应在试验报告中注明。

The plates to be purchased according to this specification shall comply with requirements of the specifications SA-516/SA-516M and SA-20/SA-20M in ASME Code Section II, Part A 2019 Edition .
按本采购技术条件采购的钢板需满足ASME规范第II卷2019版中SA-516/SA-516M及SA-20/SA-20M的要求。
